Pelaksanaan Program Student Innovative Project (SIP) dalam Penguatan Kreativitas Peserta Didik: Perspektif Konstruktivisme

This study aims to describe the implementation of Student Innovative Project (SIP) in fostering students’ creativity at Budi Utama Senior High School. The study emoployed a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted from January to May 2026, involving 89 grade 11 students and 9 supervising tearchers. Data were collected through five observations of 11 project groups, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Hubermn interactive analysis model, which included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that creativity activities were identified through idea development, validation, revision, problem-solving, and product adaptation throughout the project. These processes were supported by teacher guidance, prior entrepreneurial experiences, the use of digital technology, and the involvement of external stakeholders. The challenges encountered included limited mentoring time, differences in abilities among groups, and coordination across subjects. These findings indicate that SIP provides learning experiences and an environment that support students’ creative activities, but should not be interpreted as evidence of a quantitative increase in creativity.
